The portrait of Rioja Rosé wine consists of two varieties mixture: Tempranillo nerve and acidity and Garnacha fruit. Baigorri follows this precept. However, this winegrower also adds personality provided by old grape stocks, an unusual practice in other wineries, which consider this wine type to be of less ambitious quality and prestige. Coming from vineyards of 45 years on average, their clusters and berries were selected by hand, using vibration and weight selection tables.
It is a soft wine with a long and intense aftertaste, where fruit aromas of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries predominate.
