Finca Sobreño Crianza is made only with Toro native grape variety, Tinta de Toro. The grape was selected by hand, cluster by cluster. The grapes had their stems removed and were squeezed with a cold maceration at 10°C for four days prior to controlled fermentation at 28°C. Fermentation and maceration with the skin lasted approximately 20 days. The wine was aged in less than 4 years of use American oak barrels for at least 8 months, later to be completed with a 6-month ageing in the bottle.
This wine is a fantastic companion for any occasion. Elegant, complex and balanced, combining fruity bouquet with toasted and silky tannins.
