Montebuena is a privileged place for the cultivation of the vineyard, located in Labastida about 500 meters above sea level on clay-calcareous soils. Our vineyards occupy 80 hectares surrounding the beautiful rock press, where the grapes were trampled centuries ago.
Made with Tempranillo of Montebuena vineyards. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 4 days and subsequent spontaneous fermentation. Aging for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
Cherry red color. Aromas of red fruit that are mixed with nuances of pastries. Medium volume in the mouth with great persistence. Memories of spices and smoked wood appear in the aftertaste.
